Booking online was quick and straightforward, with instant confirmation and clear communication. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and well explained. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything was spotless, including the bathroom and kitchen. It was quiet, private, and very comfortable perfect for a short stay. The space had everything needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and comfortable bedding. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, self-contained stay in Emerald

Always stay here when in Emerald. Rooms are always very clean the management fantastic. After a brief issue with room at check in was promptly moved to a similar room without any hassles. Will definitely be back v- thanks for a great stay.

Stayed 1 night wow !! Absolutely one of the best motels we have stayed. Spotless bathroom, soft comfortable bed,pillows, bed linen crispier then KFC. Fresh clean smell when you walk in,very roomy, dryer,washing machine and pod coffee, internet TV, covered carport ,outside premises gardens kept in excellent condition and to top it all off friendly host.Definately staying again next time when passing thru.

An extended road trip stop to rest and fossick for gems. Spacious, quiet room and we ordered food in from the Capricornian Restaurant and then ate there (across the road) on our second night. Highly recommended and would use again.

My wife and I had a great stay at Emerald Inn in July 2026! |The host, Alison, is easy-going and the apartment is clean and comfortable!|The only thing that is missing in the unit is a kettle to boil water, other than that, everything is fabulous! It is also close to CBD, easy to go for a stroll and find a restaurant and sightseeing.

This is a great place to stay, very clean and spacious rooms/apartments and close to town. The service was fantastic as we had car problems when we arrived and the managers helped us out. Totaly recommend this place
